Rentals are available May 1 through September 30

Off-Season Rentals are available on a limited basis.

Monday - Wednesday Nightly Rate    $825.00

Thursday - Sunday Nightly Rate $950.00

Weekly Rate $5,775.00

Minimum 3 Night Stay

4pm EST Check-in

10am EST Check-Out

Occupancy is based on 14 people. Additional people are charged at $40 per person per night.

Cleaning Fee per Reservation is $550.00

Refundable $1,000.00 damage deposit required at reservation- refunded within 14 days of departure. 50% is required at time of reservation, balance due 30 days prior to check-in. Taxes not included.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS STRICTLY A NON-SMOKING HOUSE AND WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS or ANIMALS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. FURTHER, WE DO NOT RENT THE HOME FOR PROMS, BACHELOR PARTIES, ETC.

If you intend to have "visitors" during your stay, exceeding your quoted headcount, please make sure to contact us in advance so that we can discuss and arrange accordingly. Unauthorized "visitors" will be invoiced at the  current additional person rate for the  duration of the reservation and may be subject to forfeiture of damage deposit.

 

Lakehouse Cancellation and Refund Policy:
$500.00 non-refundable upon booking
50% of total rate retained for cancellations between 44-30 days prior to arrival
75% of total rate retained for cancellations between 29-16 days prior to arrival
90% of total rate retained for cancellations between 15-1 day(s) prior to arrival
